The beginning of a new season traditionally means a new seasonal menu at Brasserie Lambic! This time the chef has presented a special offer of nine new dishes, with an emphasis on creative and colorful combinations.
You can try interesting combinations with fish and seafood by ordering arancini with shrimp or tuna tartare, dorado in cream sauce with capers and sweet pepper. The chef prepared smoked duck breast in two versions — on bruschetta with roast beef and in salad with caramelized dates and ricotta. We recommend roasted veal with cherry potatoes or as a filling for tortellini pasta. And the Lambic team recommends lasagna bolognese, the pasta for which we prepare ourselves, and ravioli with lamb, ricotta and prune sauce.
An extensive list of non-alcoholic wines, beer and cider, as well as bright non-alcoholic cocktails, which go well with the dishes, have been added to the menu.
On July 7 at 7:30 p.m., we will be joined by Albert De Brabandere from Belgium — the director and fifth-generation owner of the De Brabandere brewery, which has been producing a wide variety of beers to suit every taste for over a century, the most famous of which is Petrus! In keeping with the tradition of our gastronomic dinners at Lambic, we will present a six-course meal, and our guest will present the six best Petrus varieties, known and loved around the world: 1 course Petrus Blond 2 course Petrus Dubbel 3 course Petrus Flanders 4 course Petrus Kriek 5 course Petrus Tripel 6 course Petrus Ruby Guests will gather at 7:30 p.m. at Lambic, 33/1 Gogolevsky Blvd.; dinner begins at 8:00 p.m. Ticket price per person: 5,900₽ Seating is limited. For the new seasonal menu, we’ve once again joined forces with Miratorg to pool our knowledge and experience in working with meat and have created nine dishes inspired by vibrant Asian flavors and combinations: — Pan-seared roll with squid and pork. — Taco with pork and muer mushrooms. — Pan-seared beef with rice, kimchi, and egg. — Pan-seared chicken with rice, kimchi, and egg. — Roti with Sichuan-style beef. — Cucumber salad with pork. — Pork belly with mashed potatoes and apple. — Filet mignon with Kenyan beans and shiitake mushrooms. — Rack of lamb with couscous and raisins.
