Test Kitchen's new seasonal menu
Test kitchen is a project where you can be the first to try new products for the main menu of Brasserie Lambic.
We start with French cheese buns gougère, then bruschetta with salmon, guacamole and feta cream. From a wide variety of salads everyone can choose the one he likes: with rucola and shrimps, with chicken and citrus aioli, with falafel or mixed salad with filet mignon steak.
For the first course we choose onion soup with cheese crouton, and on a hot day we cool down with okroshka with beef brisket.
As main courses we try steak filet mignon served with fragrant truffle mashed potatoes, beef Burgundy with oyster mushrooms or risotto with brisket and mushrooms. We prepare a hearty beef steak with mozzarella and onion marmalade, and we advise to take crispy ciabatta to seafood in tomato sauce!
Our brand-bar manager Diana Dvoretskaya has added six new author’s lemonades to the bar menu. We also prepare cocktails based on famous movies and classic sangria on white or red wine.

The Negroni cocktail is a multifaceted masterpiece of simplicity and sophistication that has become a symbol of Italian culture. Its classic recipe was created in 1919 and consisted of three ingredients: Campari, sweet vermouth, and gin. From October 1 through 31, Lambic will host the Negroni Fest, where our guests can sample both the classic recipe for one of the world’s most popular cocktails and unique signature twists created by our team.
