Cumulative Bonus Program

For owners of the Lambic Club privilege club card, there is a cumulative bonus system with the amount of the current account:

Card Terms

• — Bonuses can be used to pay no more than 20% of check.
• — It is possible to write off bonuses and provide discounts on the main menu categories and non-alcoholic drinks.
• — To credit and write off bonuses, you must present to the waiter a mobile device with installed Lambic Club card and a unique code on it.
• — It is forbidden to show a screenshot, photo, card number that is not installed on the guest’s mobile device. Operations by phone number is prohibited
• — Bonuses can be accumulated and spent at any time, the validity of the loyalty program and its individual conditions may be limited by the owner of the bonus program.
• — Discounts and promotions in the Private Program cannot be combined with each other and with other special offers in the restaurant.
• — The 15% discount on Birthday is valid on the birthday itself and 6 days after. The discount can be used only once. Discounts are available on main menu items and non-alcoholic beverages. Check with the restaurant managers for detailed conditions for granting a birthday discount.
• — The accumulation of bonuses occurs on all receipts, except for receipts with 15% discount on Birthday.
• — On checks in which the guest spends bonuses, accumulation occurs from the final amount minus the discount.
• — Bonus points and the amount of purchases are written off and accumulated from all checks, except for banquet events. Banquet events are considered to be all tables that were decorated with advance payment and pre-order of food and drinks.
• — Loyalty points that a guest has not redeemed within 1 calendar year will automatically expire.
• — The card is personal and cannot be transferred to third parties. The administration reserves the right to unilaterally block the card and cancel all accumulated bonuses in case of violation of the loyalty program terms and conditions, including, but not limited to: commercial use of the card, transfer of the card to third parties, provision of screenshots of the card, as well as any other actions that may be considered abuse of the loyalty program or damage to restaurants.
