We have new products from Austria from SCHLOSS EGGENBERG brewery, which was founded in the 10th century and is one of the oldest breweries in Europe:

— EGGENBERG HELL, the purest pale lager

— EGGENBERG DUNKEL, a dark lager with soft caramel and malt notes.

— EGGENBERG WEISSE, a traditional Bavarian wheat beer.

Belgian brewing legend PAUWEL KWAK AMBER, a superb amber ale, is back on the menu, produced by The Bosteels brewery according to a historical recipe. There is a legend that the beer is named after brewer Paul Kwak, who was the owner of the De Hoorn inn in the early 19th century and brewed dark beer. Kwak invented unusually shaped glasses that could be placed in special wooden holders in coachmen’s wagons. In this way, the coachman could drink beer even when he was on the road.

ABBEY DE ROCS BLONDE is a Belgian ale from the family brewery Brasserie de l’Abbaye des Rocs, Belgium, founded in 1979 by Jean-Pierre Eloire and his wife Marie-Jeanne Berthiau.

A top fermentation beer with a spicy and fruity aroma. A wonderful blend of citrus, tropical, grassy, honey notes. A harmonious, balanced ale.

PETRUS TRIPEL is a tripel from the family-owned Belgian brewery De Brabandere in Flanders, where they have been creating amazing varieties according to the canons of traditional brewing since the 19th century. This elegant, subtle ale is the brewery’s flagship variety. Spicy, complex, full-bodied, with a great balance of malt and hops.

We also brought a line of wheat beer from the famous Bavarian brewery SCHNEIDER WEISSE:

«TAP 01» Helle Weisse is a classic light unfiltered beer with a strength of 4.9%, a beer with an aroma intoxicating with notes of fruit, fresh spices and fragrant meadow flowers and reminiscent of blooming summer nature;

«TAP 05» Mein Hopfenweisse is a wheat double bock with a strength of 8.2% characterized by its bright Hop character;

«TAP 06» Unser Aventinus is made for festive moments or relaxing by the fireplace. This world-class beer, with terrific balance and fantastic smooth flavor has been brewed using Matilda Schneider’s ancient recipe since 1907;

«TAP 07» Mein Original is a unique unfiltered wheat beer brewed according to the original recipe developed by the founder of the brewery G. Schneider & Sohn in 1872 and has not changed until now. Thanks to a harmonious combination of only the best ingredients, the beer has a soft, rich flavor.

And the cherry on the cake: The famous strong beer that is brewed once a year is Samichlaus Classic from the Austrian brewery Schloss Eggenberg.

Samichlaus classic is a doppelbock that is brewed once a year on December 6 and aged for 10 months before bottling. The beer itself is named after St. Nicholas, who in those Alpine places is not called Santa Claus, but Samichlaus.

Updated menu at Lambic Collection
Updated menu at Lambic Collection

Introducing the first menu update at Lambic Collection! Our chef, Ivan Negutarov, has created 15 new dishes that are the perfect accompaniment to the drinks on Lambic’s beer and wine lists!  Let’s start our tour of the new dishes with the appetizers section — beef tartare with ndui sauce, steamed brioche with beef short ribs, turkey pâté, cheese croquettes with jamón, and beef brisket tacos. For salads, there’s a new mushroom salad with baby spinach, sautéed oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. In the main courses section, be sure to try the new mini burgers with a trendy presentation in pepper sauce or the burger with crispy dorado. For a group, we recommend the pork knuckle or the crispy-breaded sea bream with squid. In the guests’ favorite “Pasta” section, there are three new additions: shrimp ravioli, Roman-style carbonara, and spaghetti with meatballs in a meat sauce. Our pastry chef, Angelina Morozova, has created three new desserts, and each one is worth trying:  — Tiramisu: homemade savoiardi cookies with mascarpone mousse and caramel. — Belgian Waffle: a coffee mousse dessert shaped like a Belgian waffle. — Lemon Choux: two mousse pastries with a liquid center inside. We hope these new dishes will be a great excuse to get together with friends and family at Lambic Collection!
