“Young & Old” Wine Dinner
On August 27 at 8:00 PM, Lambic Collection will host an exclusive Collection Wine Club dinner dedicated to the art of wine aging.
During the evening, guests will taste eight exceptional wines and discover how time transforms wine, adding depth, complexity, and an entirely new character. This is a journey into the hidden potential within every bottle—a potential that reveals itself only over the years.

Lambic Collection is taking part in the gastronomic festival “Vesper. With Taste”. For two days, the Lucky quarter will turn into a contemporary urban space featuring gastronomy, a cultural program, and activities for residents and visitors. The festival will bring together restaurants, cafes, local brands, and residents of the quarter. Brasserie Lambic has launched a new special menu — and it’s very special to us!
