Oktoberfest at Lambic!
We celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join the largest beer festival in the world!
We start with crispy brezel with torn pork in demiglace sauce and cheese sauce, which we prepare on the basis of cheddar and gorgonzola. For hot, we take a potato waffle with Munich sausage and half a chicken in crispy breading with mustard aioli and pickled cabbage. Pair it all with German brews from Beer Atlas!
The star of the menu is traditionally pork knuckle, which the guests and the whole Lambic team have been waiting for so much! This year we serve it in ginger glaze, with mustard, mini potatoes and braised red cabbage.
Lambic Collection is taking part in the gastronomic festival “Vesper. With Taste”. For two days, the Lucky quarter will turn into a contemporary urban space featuring gastronomy, a cultural program, and activities for residents and visitors. The festival will bring together restaurants, cafes, local brands, and residents of the quarter. We look forward to seeing you at Lambic Collection on September 12 and 13 to taste our festival specials created especially for “Vesper. Brasserie Lambic has launched a new special menu — and it’s very special to us! We decided to briefly bring back the spirit of Lambic Seafood and revisit the concept through what we loved most about it — seafood. Dorado, salmon, squid, shrimp, oysters, and sea urchins — the sea is back in the spotlight! And to bring out the flavors of these dishes even more vividly, we recommend pairing them with sparkling wines.
