New pitches of Lambic's favorite dishes
Dear guests, we are pleased to announce a major update of the main menu!
We always strive to please you not only with taste and consistently high quality, but also with harmonious presentation, so in addition to new dishes we have updated your favorite Lambic items.
We have added new accents to familiar recipes to make the taste even more interesting and the presentation more aesthetically pleasing. Look for the special «new serving» icon on the menu and get reacquainted with our hits!
The most changes are in the appetizers section: renewed bruschetta on brioche from our own bakery, serving of smorrebros was supplemented with cucumber and olive tartare, tender chicken pate with caramelized onions is now served with strawberry jam, and eggplant — with Greek zadziki sauce and grilled tomato. Beef steak with seafood is now served with pepper-cheese sauce.
Two new dishes with duck — olivier and taco, which have become hits of the spring special menu among the guests, have been added to the menu.
Novelties in the desserts section will please sweet lovers.

Friends, we’ve opened a club for all beer lovers, enthusiasts, and anyone who’s simply curious—people who’d like to learn more about beer, its history, and try a wide variety of beers! Every Wednesday at 8:00 p.m., we meet at Brasserie Lambic, located at 33/1 Gogolevsky Boulevard, for a tasting led by our beer sommelier, Fedor Muzhichenkov. It’s fig season at Lambic Collection! Fig Tart Shortcrust pastry base, nut-free. Homemade fig and raspberry jam sweetened with honey, chantilly cream (light whipped cream with mascarpone and vanilla). Topped with a generous portion of fresh figs.
