Summer cold soups and new additions to the Lambic bar menu!

The hot season is coming to Tashkent, for which we have specially prepared refreshing light soups. Try ice-cold gazpacho from ripe tomatoes, to which we add baked eel and serve with crispy ciabatta. Also on the menu are two classic soups — Korean kuksi with chicken and okroshka with roasted beef brisket — with a choice of kvass or kefir. In beet soup the chef added delicate creamy strachatella, and for dessert we recommend to try cold berry smoothie-bowl with ice cream and crispy granola.

Our brand-bartender Diana Dvoretskaya has supplemented the bar menu with three author’s lemonades: strawberry-lime, cucumber-maracuja, cranberry-rosemary. We also prepare cocktails based on famous movies and classic sangria on white or red wine.
